Because every YOMI formula is intimate, personal, and made to be worn close — all sales are exchange only. We don't accept returns for refund once a product has shipped.
THE POLICY
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — that's on us. We'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund.
- Exchange shipping is covered by the customer unless the issue is our fault.
HOW TO START
Email us at hello@staywet.live within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a short note, and a photo if the item arrived damaged. We respond within 1–2 business days.
WHY EXCHANGE ONLY
