PROCESSING + DELIVERY
- Orders ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.
- You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it's on the move.
- Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days.
- We ship Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
PACKAGING
All orders ship in unmarked, discreet packaging — no logos, no callouts. What's inside stays between you and the ritual.
LOST OR DAMAGED
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email hello@staywet.live within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.
